Marshmallow Crème Fudge

Have you always wanted to make some delicious fudge but are a little anxious about making candy? This fudge recipe is super easy and delicious. You don’t even need a candy thermometer!  I always thought this was a recipe that was handed down, but it was much more simple.  My Grandma liked fluffernutter sandwiches which are peanut butter and marshmallow cream on bread. The marshmallow cream had a recipe on the back for fudge and my mom decided to give it a try. It was a hit with the whole family. They loved it because the fudge was super creamy and chocolatey.  My mom loved it because it was foolproof and so easy.  This recipe has been our go-to ever since. 

We don’t make it with the nuts because my brother, Zack is fatally allergic to nuts and peanuts. However, it is very delicious if you want to add walnuts.  Or if you’re very adventurous, add some mini-marshmallows and walnuts for a rocky road treat!
